TM3 Overview
Join our second Intensive Study Programme (ISP) to explore how environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals can be integrated into management accounting practices.
This module is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to design, monitor, and evaluate sustainability strategies through advanced management accounting techniques.

- Introduction to sustainability management accounting: Understanding how management control systems can support sustainability.
- Integrating financial and non-financial goals: Applying tools such as the Balanced Scorecard and KPIs.
- Practical applications: Group case studies focusing on young, growing, and ESG-driven companies.
